East Hampton Police Report

On 8/6/14:

Victor D. Brown, 54, of 170 Earle St., Hartford, was arrested for Forgery in the 1st Degree and Criminal Attempt to Commit Larceny in the 5th Degree and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, August 19th, 2014 to answer to the aforementioned charges.

John F. Pollard, 55, of 68 Childs Rd., East Hampton was issued a summons for Misuse of Plates and Operating an Unregistered and Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  Pollard is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Nina Claire Schulz, 51, of 75 Old Marlborough Rd., East Hampton was arrested pursuant to an active arrest warrant.  Schulz was charged with Violation of a Protective Order and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 8/10/14:

Todd Bower, 25, of 230 Old West High St., East Hampton turned himself in pursuant to an active warrant for his arrest. Bower was charged with Violation of Probation  and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Mary M. Prisco, 48, of Heritage Dr., Marlborough was arrested for Failure to Drive Right and Driving Under the Influence. Prisco is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 8/12/14:

William Vincent Depietro, 24, of West High St., East Hampton was arrested for Interfering with Police and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Depietro was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Daniel M. McKeller, 30, of 20 South Main St., East Hampton, Leticia Serwaa, 53, of 11 Sever St., Worcester, MA and Anna Bonville, 72, of 19 Buckboard Ln., Marlborough were involved in a motor vehicle collision in the Stop & Shop parking lot.  McKeller was issued a summons for Travelling Too Fast for Conditions and Failure to Carry Registration and Insurance and is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 9:00 AM.

On 8/13/14:

Theresa M. Maynard, 63, of Gov. Bill O’Neill Drive, A3, East Hampton was was issued a summons for Shoplifting (Larceny in the 6th Degree).  Maynard is scheduled to appear before the Middletown  Superior Court on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

On 8/15/14:

Christopher Riley, 35, 85 North Main St., #49, East Hampton CT was issued a ticket for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Signal.

Daniel Plourde, 33, of 18 Hale Rd., East Hampton and Julie Shaw, 30, of 176 Young St., East Hampton were both issued tickets for Creating a Public Disturbance.

On 8/16/14:

Colleen Jacobson, 25, of 36 Old Middletown Rd., East Hampton was issued a summons for Disorderly Conduct and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Brian Petrucelli, 43, of 32 Oakum Dock Rd., East Hampton turned himself in pursuant to an active warrant for his arrest. Petrucelli was charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree and Disorderly Conduct and was scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.

Dennis P. Donovan, 51, of 11 Sturbridge Rd., Marlborough was issued a summons for Passing in a No Passing Zone, Misuse of Plates and Operating an Unregistered and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Donovan is scheduled to appear before the Middletown Superior Court on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 9:00 AM to answer to the aforementioned charges.
