In East Haddam, Loosen up with some Karmic Relief

Come laugh away your ego at the Third Annual Karmic Relief on Friday May 5, while you help the Sanctuary at Shepardfields.
Proceeds from this event will help finance the installation costs of an 8 Kwh solar panel system at the Sanctuary.
The event will feature a fusion of creative antics, a light-hearted celebration of the spiritual path and all-ages participational involvement from the audience, featuring Comic Hypnotist Dan Larosa.
Watch your friends fly on magic carpets, land on a mysterious planet and speak a “foreign” language. Or maybe you’d like to experience this yourself?

The event’s program –
6:30 p.m. Silent Auction and Hors d’oeuvres
7:30 p.m. The Dan Larosa Comedy Show
9:30 p.m. Lounge with Live Jazz
Tickets are $25 general admission, with a sliding scale of $15-$25 for students and seniors.

The Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based on a 40-acre community land trust in East Haddam, CT. Our mission is to live in harmony with the environment, to share a spiritual practice inclusive of all and energized by an evolving global consciouhopesness, and to promote sustainable and non-violent ways of livelihood which value and protect our community’s health, wealth and happiness. Our annual budget of approx. $12,000 is funded largely through donations from supporters interested in helping to create a better society right in their backyard.
