East Hampton Police log for Feb 4 – 17 2012 drunk drivers and burglary

On Saturday, 2/4/12 – Albert A. Overbeck, 51, of 19 Boulder Road, Colchester, CT was arrested for driving under the influence, failure to drive (on the) right and failure to carry insurance.

On Sunday, 2/5/12- Gregory R. Paradis, 34, of 11 Long Hill Road, East Hampton, CT and Christina Newton, 26, of 130 Colchester Ave., East Hampton were involved in a two-car accident on Route 66 in the area of Princess Pocotopaug Drive. Paradis was arrested for driving under the influence, evading responsibility, and operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.

On Monday, 2/8/12 – *Marshall Allen, 23, of 135 Ballahack Road, East Haddam, CT and Katherine Fernett, 54, of 3 Middlesex Ave., Cheshire, CT were involved in a two-car accident at the intersection of West High Street and Champion Hill Road.  Allen received a ticket for following too closely.

On Monday, 2/8/12 – Michael C. Poe, 37, of 88 Main St. East Hampton, CT was arrested for criminal mischief in the 1st degree, reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree, larceny in the 5th degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the 5th degree.

On Friday, 2/10/12 – David W. Parke, 46, of 22 Avon Court, Middletown, CT was issued a summons for criminal attempt to commit larceny in the 6th degree.

On Sunday, 2/12/12 – Andrea D. Gayeski, 24, of 128 Davidson Road, Colchester, CT was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to drive (on the) right.

On Tuesday, 2/14/12- Daniel Wagner, 34, of 6 Hills Avenue, East Hampton, CT was issued a written warning for having a nonworking headlight.

On Tuesday, 2/14/12 – Patrick Scott, 24, of 43 Main St., East Hampton, CT was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

On Tuesday, 2/14/12 – Lauren M. Russo, 28, of 82 Tartia Road, East Hampton, CT was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

On Tuesday, 2/14/12 – A 17-year-old juvenile of Marlborough, CT was issued a written warning for traveling unreasonably fast.

On Wednesday, 2/15/12 – Anthony Gotavaskas, 28, of no certain address was arrested for burglary in the 1st degree and larceny in the 5th degree.

On Wednesday, 2/15/12 – A 16-year-old juvenile of East Hampton, CT was issued a written warning for driving too fast for conditions after he was involved in a one-car accident on Clark Hill Road at the intersection of Champion Hill Road.

On Thursday, 2/16/12- A 17-year-old juvenile of East Hampton, CT received a written warning for failure to display a registration plate.

On Friday, 2/17/12 – William D. Murray, 49, of 8C Barbara Ave., East Hampton, CT was arrested for disorderly conduct
