William David Murray, 49, of East Hampton, CT was arrested for disorderly conduct. In the same incident, Lisa Dawson, 48, of Mystic CT was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

Todd M. Monington, 41, of 244 Smith St., Middletown, CT and Jennifer Marozzi, 37, of 29 Edgerton St., East Hampton, CT were involved in a two car motor vehicle collision West High St., (Rte 66), in the area of Cobalt Center. Monington was issued a ticket for failure to drive right.
