Paul Foss Deckelman, 29, of East Hampton, CT was arrested in East Haddam, CT for criminal violation of a protective order after he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and it was discovered there was a “no contact” order listing his female passenger as the protected party.
What about a nuisance ordinance?
Town Building and Housing Department Director Mike Ninto said state police wanted the ordinance to specify the town, and not state police, would issue the citations to landlords.
