Nearby neighbors tried to extinguish the fire and extricate the driver of the car. The fire overwhelmed the rescuers and caused them to have to retreat from their heroic rescue efforts.

Weintraub calls canceled meeting ‘a clear abuse of power’

Council Chair Melissa Engel does not have the right to arbitrarily cancel a meeting. If a meeting is canceled, at the very least it would have to be voted on at a public meeting.

Other features include raised print in the portrait of Benjamin Franklin on one shoulder, ink that shifts color as you move the bill, tiny printed words inside the jacket in the portrait, as well as more cool things to look for.
