Jessica Duers of 75 Tarragon Drive was arrested for third-degree assault, reckless endangerment, driving under the influence, illegal operation under suspension, reckless driving, and failure to grant right of way to oncoming traffic.

In-state students will now pay $21,198 to attend UConn in fiscal year 2011. Out-of-state students will pay $37,662 to attend the university.
