As governor, O’Neill appointed the first woman chief justice of the state Supreme Court and the state’s first woman attorney general.

On Tuesday, 12/1/09 Douglas R. Robinson, 37, of 9 Colchester Ave., East Hampton, CT was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
