Nurse’s aid charged with stealing identity and funds from elderly woman in her care

Michelle Cherry has been charged with larceny, identity theft, criminal impersonation, fraudulent use of ATMs, credit card fraud and misapplication of property. Photo courtesy of East Hampton Police.

Cherry was employed as a visiting nurses aid by Middlesex Home Health Care during the time that she allegedly embezzled the money from the victim.
