Vo-Ag program open house
Maybe you'd like to become an equine vet, like Dr. Lisa VandeBerg of Painted Pony Equine Service.
An open house at the Middletown Regional Vocational Agriculture Center at Middletown High School, 200 LaRosa Lane, will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday April 8.
Students from these towns are eligible to apply: Chester, Clinton, Cromwell, Deep River, Durham, East Hampton, Essex, Guilford, Haddam, Killingworth, Madison, Middlefield, Middletown, Portland, Old Saybrook, Rocky Hill and Westbrook.
View student exhibits featuring animals, greenhouses, farm machinery & equipment, fish and environmental displays. An ideal field trip for young children. Larger groups should call to schedule a visit (call 704-4594).
